What We Do

Three programs, and a wider purpose: helping our community understand and care for its mental health.

Our programs

  • Therapy

Therapy for people and families who need it.

  • Kids' After-School Program

A place for kids to be after the school day ends.

  • Food Pantry

Food for neighbors who need it.

Our wider purpose

Four kinds of work written into our founding documents.

  • Community Education

Teaching the community about mental health: what the conditions are, what causes them, what they look like, and what treatment is available, so the stigma and the misconceptions lose their hold.

  • Training and Workshops

Training and workshops on mental health for professionals, educators, first responders and community members.

  • Support and Resources

Support and resources for individuals and families affected by mental health disorders, and early intervention and prevention through outreach.

  • Advocacy and Partnership

Working with local healthcare providers, organizations and agencies, and speaking up for better access to affordable, quality mental health care.
